St. Croix Renaissance Park currently has two major tenants: GeoNet Ethanol LLC, which operates a state-of-the-art ethanol dehydration facility; and Diageo, which is building a 20 million gallon rum distillery that will begin operations in 2011 to produce all of the rum used to make Captain Morgan branded products for the U.S. market.
